An Apple Rant

I dropped my iPhone while I was away and cracked the screen. I got a quote from Apple and put the claim into my travel insurance which paid it promptly without any queries. I made an appointment to get the screen fixed and when I went in they said that will be $319. Now I claimed $290 and I admit it is my fault because I didn't notice the tax not included but I'm sure that in Australia if you're dealing with a customer you have to quote GST inclusive.
