Tripit, Tripcase, Kayak..... which itinerary app?

I've been searching, and don't see anything recent on this... I'm looking for an app that tracks all my bookings for a trip, and alerts me to aircraft/schedule changes, and other good features. I see tripcase and kayak are somewhat similar (I think?), but what does everyone else use? Tripcase has a really poor website that I can't really see the detail of what alerts they send, so I am struggling to compare. I liked the look of these two because they are free, and Tripit is just so expensive...
